This package is great for small intimate wedding ceremonies, elopements, and vow renewals. Host a memorable event without the cost of a traditional wedding. For you and up to 30 guests, enjoy your day with little work to be done, we’ve done all the planning for you.

Package includes: Venue Location with indoor or outdoor ceremony options, Officiant, Live Musician*, Photographer* ~ ceremony and after (1hr), Flowers* for the couple, Event Coordinator.

On Your Wedding Day - Mini

The mini Day of Coordination package includes a complimentary consultation, walk through of the venue(s) the day before, attendance at rehearsal, help with set up before/after rehearsal, Wedding Day coordination, help with tear down at the end of the night. 1 Coordinator included.

On Your Wedding Day - Basic

The basic package includes a complimentary consultation, along with up to 2 hours of face-to-face planning which includes unlimited email and phone communications for the month leading up to your event. We will also conduct a walk through of the venue, contact all vendors and confirm details. We will be the point of contact for any vendors or guests to answer any questions or concerns. Set up and clean up as necessary, we will be the first to arrive and last to leave. 2 Coordinators included.

On Your Wedding Day - Extended 

The extended package offers everything from the basic package along with 2 additional hours of face to face planning, and unlimited email/phone communication the 3 months prior to your event. We will confirm all copies of vendor contracts are accounted for and signed. You will be provided a "Yet to do" list. Any assistance with seating charts, time lines for family etc. Distribution of any remaining balances for vendors, and or other items. 2 Coordinators included.

Just a Little Help

Our Partial package will allow you to access our knowledge and experience to help you plan. Unlimited communication to help with where you've left off in the planning process. 3-4 meetings in person or via video conference. (This includes any meetings with vendors) Creation of a wedding timeline and wedding day agenda; create an emergency contact list; attendance at, and direction of (if required) the Wedding Rehearsal; on-site Day of Coordination and Management of the event.

The Wedding Planner

Everything from the day you get engaged to when you walk down the aisle. Unlimited contact, help with design and develop your wedding theme. The creation of a wedding planning timeline and wedding day agenda; researching, booking and visiting a minimum of three venues; research, suggest and set-up vendor meetings; budget management; attendance at and direction of the Wedding Rehearsal; on-site Day of Coordination and Management. Investment $2200 (2019)

Birthday, Anniversary, Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, Bridal Shower, Bachelor/Bachelorette, Stag N Doe, Christmas, Hallowe'en - etc.

Set up & Clean Up 

We offer set up and clean up for all events.    

SET UP : We will come the day of or night before to help you with all the necessary items to be in place.  Provide us with a vision, and we will make it come alive.    - $50/ hr  2 person team

CLEAN UP: We will come the night of, or the following day to take down, pack up, and deliver to the designated location, this includes any rentals if necessary. - $50/hr 2 person team

0.60 cents/km applies for travel outside of London ON
