The Ruby Day of Coordination package includes a complimentary consultation and up to 2 hours of face-to-face planning, providing unlimited email and phone communications for the month leading up to your event. We will also conduct a venue walk-through, contact all vendors and confirm details. We will be the point of contact for vendors or guests to answer any questions or concerns. Set up and clean up as necessary; we will be the first to arrive and last to leave. With 2 Coordinators included.

The Sapphire Day of Coordination package offers everything from the Ruby package, 2 additional hours of face-to-face planning and unlimited email/phone communication the three months before your event. We will confirm all copies of vendor contracts are accounted for and signed. You will be provided with a "Yet to do" list—any assistance with seating charts, timelines for family etc. Distribution of any remaining balances for vendors and other items. 2 Coordinators included.

Partial Wedding Planning includes: a complimentary consultation, up to 4  face-to-face planning meetings (no time limit), unlimited communication via phone/email, access to our vendor catalogue, booking and attendance at vendor meetings, advice and suggestions for the planning process. 2 coordinators are included. This package is best for 6-9 months in advance.

Full Wedding Planning includes: A complimentary consultation, ongoing communication, one face-to-face

planning meeting a month ( or as necessary), budget management, decor & theme development,

procurement of vendors, contract review, assistance in stationery design and or ordering and tracking of your

RSVPs. We will be present at all meetings; you will be included in all decision-making and have the final say. 3 coordinators are included. This package is for 12 months + before the Wedding Date.
