Sapphire & Lily Events is an award winning Event Planning business based in Southwestern Ontario.  Establish in 2017, we started out as a one women show.  We now have a team of 4 amazing women to bring you the best quality service.  


We offer many services to help your event run smoothly.

Tessa de Almeida | Owner 

Tessa has worked in retail for about 12 years, she worked her way through the ladder from seasonal sales associate to manager of 3 different locations for a single company. Tessa has a passion for working with people, seeing their smile when she knows exactly what they're looking for, and can deliver with impeccable service. 


Since 2010, She has planned parties for family & friends, friends of friends etc. This was just a hobby, something she enjoyed. When Tessa started planning her own wedding, the love for ALL events hit hard. Sapphire & Lily Events was opened part time in 2017. Tessa has since left the Retail world and works full time planning! Her dream finally came true and she became a Certified Wedding Planner and Events Manager. 


Christine Van Belle- Zaitsev | Sr. Event Coordinator

Christine has been with Sapphire & Lily Events Since 2018. Having an eye for perfection and creativity, she is able to go above our clients expectations and create their visions. Christine likes to be in the background making sure all the behind the scenes is taken care of and the bride and her tribe are right on schedule.  

BreAnne Berg | Jr. Event Coordinator

BreAnne has been with us Since 2019. She has a keen eye for design and a creative mind.  Her degree in design has made for some beautiful custom events prior to Sapphire & Lily Events. Having a job in the event planning and wedding industry has been her life long dream and we are excited to have her on board.
