SAPPHIRE & LILY EVENTS specializes in creating beautiful and unique Weddings and Social Engagements.  We provide a multitude of services ranging from Day-of to Full-Service Event Coordination, and everything in between. Your coordinator will collaborate with you to produce an unforgettable event that will be tailored to you and your vision. During a complimentary initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to learn more about our packages, our team and ask any questions you may have. 

Sapphire & Lily Events is an award-winning Event Planning business based in Southwestern Ontario.  Establish in 2017, we started out as a one-woman show.  We now have a team of 4 amazing women to bring you the best quality service.

Tessa de Almeida

Owner 

Tessa has 15 years of retail and customer service experience, including five years of retail management. Since 2010, she has planned events for family & friends, friends of friends etc., as a hobby. She opened Sapphire & Lily Events part-time in 2017. Tessa has since left the Retail world and works full-time planning! Her dream finally came true, and she became a Certified Wedding Planner and Events Manager. SMART Serve Certified.

Christine Van Belle-Zaitsev

Sr. Coordinator

Christine has been with Sapphire & Lily Events Since 2018. Having an eye for perfection and creativity, she always goes above our client's expectations and creates their visions with exceptional results. Christine likes to be in the background making sure everything behind the scenes is taken care of and the bride and her tribe are right on schedule. Christine is certified in Wedding Planning, Event Management, and has her SMART Serve Certificate.

BreAnne Berg

Jr Coordinator

BreAnne has been with us Since 2019. She has a keen eye for design and a creative mind. Her degree in interior design has made for some beautiful custom events before Sapphire & Lily Events. Having a job in the event planning and wedding industry has been her lifelong dream, and we are excited to have her on board. 

Kagni Beggs

Assistant Coordinator

Kagni joined the Sapphire & Lily Events team in 2019. With over a decade of experience in customer service, Kagni has been a great asset to our team, she is the head of our Before & After clean-up crew, and can be seen at our events as Assistant Coordinator. Kagni is SMART Serve Certified.
